Policy our responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensure items are delivered within 72 hours of Payment Recieved (extra items of our discretion may be included, for orders delivered later than 48 hours).
- Ensure the correct items are delivered.
- Items will usually be delivered via email, to your email address which you will write on a note included with your payment. If you are sending a money order/cash order, please include a note with your email address and what items you have purchased. Note that what you are buying is a service fee.


METHOD OF DELIVERY
By DEFAULT, the item(s) will be placed in a mule account and an email containing the "Account Name" and "Password" will be sent to the buyer's email address within 72 hours of when the payment is received (extra items of our discretion may be included, for orders delivered later than 48 hours). The item(s) is considered delivered once the mail/email containing the "Account Name" and "Password" of the mule account is sent to the successful bidder.

The seller will email the "Account Name" and "Password" of the Diablo 2 Mule Account containing the item(s) that the buyer has purchased to the email address.

If you would like a private game delivery (the seller delivers to the buyer's personal character if we are able to meet online), email the seller within 24 hours upon payment with a specific date and time along with the "specified account name" of whom the seller is to transfer the item(s) with. I can not garauntee that I will be on at the same time as the successful bidder, but I will make an effort to meet you in the game within a 48 hour period of when I made a mule account and emailed the "Account Name" and "Password" to the buyer. If we meet in a private game in Diablo 2 LOD the item(s) is considered delivered once I give the items to the person with the "specified account name".

No refund will be entertained once the payment is received and the item(s) will still be delivered accordingly.

We accept cash orders, money orders, and Western Union. Please see the home page for discounts for large orders. Please contact us and we will notify you where to send payment. We reserve the right to cancel any purchase for any reasons at all.
We also accept paypal.

GGD2.com is not responseable for anything that happens to you, your accounts, and/or your items after it has been delivered. This includes but is not limited to the items being lost, deleted, or altered after we have transferred it.
